LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I was just reading in “Raising Happiness” that the single most important thing parents can do for their kids is TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES. I agree. I feel like most mothers leave so little time for themselves, a couple hours a week is a good reward for a week of service.

PS In my head I always imagined New Zealand as one of those temperate climates that didn’t really fully experience the change of seasons. I learn something new every day!

Great idea though. :) I found myself alone last night when the hubby went out, and so I indulgently watched most of the first season of “Gourmet Farmer” on DVD. AWESOME!
