Thank you for all the good vibes that you sent my way after hearing I was unwell. I feel MUCH better today.
For my discovery date today, I decided to take some time out and reflect.
I tend to have my head down and just run in all sorts of directions, so it’s good for me to take a breather, take a look around, and make sure that I am on the “right path” so to speak
I wrote down some simple things I could do each week under different headings like “family”, “kids”, “interests”, “house”, “me”, “spiritual” etc.
Although it would be nice to do everything on my list, I think what is more important is having my thoughts written down, and having a basic plan of where I eventually want to end up. I will also be able to see clearly if there are specific areas in my life that I am neglecting.
My goals? Loads of things! I want to do a good job in the roles that I have. Right now I am also striving for… Balance…Contentment and Happiness (that’s all! hahaha)

Love your list idea – have you got a template? I think as we get older, and certainly having children, our goals grow and change. Moving from the tangible (a bigger car, a new outfit, buying a house) to the intangible (self sufficient children, a relationship that nourishes us, balance, contentment….happiness). As you say, not much!!
Hey C, I did it on publisher, so if you have that, I can email you through the template. Just let me know
I’ve been making some lists too – a bucket list and a list of simple pleasures. I have found it interesting how much the things that aren’t on the list reflect on who I am – and there I was thinking I was just like everyone else.
I’m glad to hear you’re feeling better. I love your goal sheet. Did you design that yourself?
I just put it together on publisher…but it could probably done on word??
If you have publisher, I can send you my template if you want. Email me and I will send it through to you.
Love the way you are constantly reassessing things. As everyone and everything around us changes we need to adapt to be successful – and you are most inspiring on that front!
