Ever since I saw posts about outdoor movie nights on Karen Cheng’s blog and vintage chica, I loved the idea! Apartment Therapy [via ohdeedoh] featured “The Airblown Inflatable Widescreen Deluxe Outdoor Movie Screen” (available through Target.com for $195.49). Can you imagine having all your children’s friends over for a big movie night on this! Wow!

CREATIVE MENDING

Who would have thought that you could mend clothing this way? Sherri from daintytime [via whip up] has inspired me! I have a couple of jeans that my children have worn a hole through that could do with a little TLC. I also read that you could use fabric from one of your child’s favourite shirts (that they have grown out of) to make it a bit sentimental.

These look SOOO good. I just want to eat them up now! The real question is, how do I become friends with Mrs Bettie Rocker [via kojodesigns] so I can “pop” by whenever she makes them! YUM! (The recipe calls for Marshmallow Fluff…I don’t think we stock this in New Zealander, so just google how to make a substitute for this)
